215 Sullivan Street
This residential glass and metal project at 215 Sullivan Street involved a combination of custom interior glazing and structural glasswork across a multi-unit development in Manhattan’s Greenwich Village. The goal was to support a refined, high-end design aesthetic with clean-lined partitions and visually light, durable installations. Inside, frameless glass shower enclosures and sliding glass systems were fabricated to match marble tile conditions and maximize natural light throughout the bathrooms. On the exterior, a custom-engineered structural glass canopy system was installed to complement the building’s architectural language while providing weather protection for residents.
Through close coordination with contractors and fabricators, we delivered high-clarity, low-profile glasswork that contributed to the overall visual calm and premium feel of the space. Interior partitions and enclosures were tailored to millwork and tile conditions, while the exterior canopy enhances the property’s curb appeal and functionality with a sleek and structurally sound installation.
