Located on Manhattan’s storied Billionaire’s Row, Steinway Tower (111 West 57th Street) is a globally recognized residential skyscraper designed by SHoP Architects and built by JDS Development Group. Rising to 1,428 feet, the structure is not only one of the tallest residential buildings in the world but also one of the slenderest. Aria Glass was contracted to deliver a highly detailed glass and mirror scope spanning multiple floors and amenity spaces within this iconic address. Each item required tailored fabrication, specialty hardware coordination, and precise site fitment to accommodate millwork, masonry, and MEP sequencing, all in alignment with one of the most discerning luxury markets in New York City.

This multi-phase scope required detailed coordination, precise interpretation of architectural drawings, and agile on-site execution. From amenity floors to luxury penthouse levels, each installation was custom-fabricated to meet the exacting standards of Steinway Tower. Aria Glass completed all work on schedule and to specification - delivering a full suite of custom shower enclosures, glass partitions, interior mirrors, and architectural glazing systems designed for high-performance residential applications. Every element reflected the tower’s elevated design intent and market positioning. Aria remains a trusted glazing partner for New York City contractors and developers seeking precision, dependability, and premium architectural glass solutions on marquee projects.
